Pennsylvania boroughs, townships, and cities

Code compliance, without the scattered spreadsheets.

Occupancy and property-maintenance inspections, code enforcement, and zoning compliance from someone who has sat in the township chair — plus software that keeps the file in one place.

The job as it actually is

Limited staff. Inconsistent files. A board that wants numbers.

Most Pennsylvania boroughs, townships, and cities are trying to keep blight, rentals, and occupancy moving with a part-time officer and a folder of Word docs. Notices go out. Follow-up lives in someone’s inbox. Council asks for a list, and someone stays late to build it.

Statewide reporting is not getting simpler. Act 29 of 2026 requires a county contact for non-owner-occupied property, and a serious violation under Pennsylvania’s Neighborhood Blight Act still has to be in the file. You need inspections that hold up, and a record you can export.

Software

Our software, built around your ordinance.

Custom-built municipal software, running inside Google’s infrastructure and security protocols, and tailored for each municipality’s unique needs. No IT bill. No new silo. Data, files, and reports stay as data the municipality owns.

Currently serving 8 municipalities in western Pennsylvania. Names stay off this site unless a municipality asks to be listed.

How it works

A program, not a pile of one-off inspections.

  1. 01

    Assess

We look at your ordinance, staffing, and the actual backlog — not a generic pitch deck.

  2. 02

    Inspect

ICC-certified occupancy and property-maintenance work, written so it survives court.

  3. 03

    Track

Cases, photos, and notices in one file — not an inbox and a spreadsheet the night before a meeting.

  4. 04

    Report

Council packets and exportable records, without rebuilding the spreadsheet.
